This release applies regardless of whether any such claim arises from negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

By using Hellocapco products, you acknowledge that you are responsible for following all included instructions, care guidelines, and warnings; using products only as intended; ensuring that the product is safe for your personal circumstances (including allergies, sensitivities, workplace requirements, or pre-existing conditions); and keeping the product out of reach of children, pets, or anyone for whom it is not intended.

Hellocapco products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, durability, or non-infringement. Hellocapco does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from the use of its products, including but not limited to workplace suitability or compliance with employer dress codes.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hellocapco and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of Hellocapco products, your breach of this agreement, or your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

By checking the box during purchase or by using Hellocapco products, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and this Waiver of Liability, voluntarily agree to assume all risks associated with using Hellocapco products, and waive any right to pursue legal action against Hellocapco for any claims arising from your use.
